Requests for rehabilitation admissions are handled by our dedicated staff. If the admission is arranged through the public health authority under a contract, a valid referral from a public health physician is required. The contracted beds are available for patients needing post-acute rehabilitation (Code 56), post-acute long-term care (Code 60), or intermediate care.

Private admissions are also available upon request.
 

Appointments can be made from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.

On the day of admission, patients should present a valid ID, their health card, all relevant clinical documentation, and, if available, the referral from the hospital physician at the reception. Upon discharge, patients will receive a discharge report including the final clinical assessment and details about their stay.
